We’ve all had moments in our lives where we’ve found or had inner peace. The other day I discovered something exciting. When a wild animal finally catches its prey, the prey becomes restless in the mouth of its catcher. It is as if the inevitable happens and the prey animal gives up. I began to ask and ponder, do you think the prey animal discovers inner peace along with clear outer surrender? I have heard stories of people who have been close to death and discovered inner peace on an incredible level. Innerlijke rust vinden is not hard if you learn some tips. Here is how you can find inner peace.
Spend Time in Nature
There is also a large majority who invest their lives in an external struggle. One of the best ways to find inner peace is to spend time in nature. People may say they seek inner peace, but there is nothing but play and struggle in them and their lifestyle. Many of us know the person who says, “I don’t do drama. It simply doesn’t affect me.” Yet, he or she is the first to call you and tell you about all the horrible things that have happened. It is clear to you that this person has no inner peace.
Start Being Grateful
Another wonderful trick to staying in the present and finding inner peace would be to use gratitude. Gratitude is one of the most important resources I have in my arsenal. When I find myself in a negative thought pattern, I look out the window and then find something to be grateful for. After spending some time with this new thing, I pick up another one. I linger with it for a while, looking at it closely and seeing it with new eyes. I spend some time with it until I reach a point where I feel truly grateful for its existence.
Stay in the Present
If you take care to focus your attention on what is happening now, there is absolutely no play, conflict, etc. Right now, as an example, everything is working well. If you notice your head spinning or dwelling on past issues or future fears, do something to bring yourself back to the present. Windows are a fantastic help to stay in the flow and find inner peace. There will always be something to catch your attention and bring you back to the present. This is one of the most important things that you need to keep in mind.
