Cos
winter went too quick, and after the board
tests and other summer weeks, this is
the perfect way to have one last blast
before saving up for next winter!
What is Step-On?
Step-On is an internet magazine
run by snowboarders started in 1999. The
magazine has a reputation for reporting
on events in the truest manner. We started
running snowboard camps as we recognised
that many camps out there fail to provide
a good value and fulfilling camp for their
guests. It is also an opportunity to bring
our readers and pro riders together and
have a blast.
The step-on summercamp weeks are chilled
out, with a relaxed fun atmosphere...ride
in the morning, then in the afternoons
either take it easy with a beer next to
the pool or in our hot tub, or if you
prefer to stay active there's the skatepark,
swimming pools, mountain biking, bungee
jumping, tennis, 5-a-side footie, volleyball,
golf...all in the blazing July sunshine!

Les Deux Alpes...most snowboarders
will already know the resort as one of
the best summer snowboarding places on
the planet...the snowpark is world class
and includes several rows of kickers,
2 halfpipes, rails of all shapes and sizes,
boxes...just check out the snowpark plan
below!
The town of Deux Alpes is not ugly in
the summer like some resorts, but really
cool and attractive, with loads going
on off the hill too. It is a lively town
with plenty of bars, restaurants, and
clubs...

Deux Alpes, which takes just over an hour.

Week 1 :: 8th - 15th July 2006
(Sat - Sat)
we have
now added a 2nd week due to high demand!
Week 2 :: 15th - 22nd July 2006
(sat - sat)
Designed for those who want to
ride jumps, rails, or pipe. Our coaching
program is very relaxed and is flexible
to what you, the guest, wants to do. The
coaches are experienced pro riders who
can give you tips on your riding, covering
aspects of snowboarding like:
Pipe - everything from dropping in, to
getting inverted!
Rails - they intimidate a lot of riders,
but they're not as scary as they look,
well not all of them!
Jumps/Kickers - the glacier has everything
from small to supersize so covers all
ability levels, and is perfect for gradually
building up to the bigger jumps

Our summercamp is for anyone
who likes sun, snowboarding, and partying!
For riders looking to gain confidence
with the guidance of pros, the camp is
perfect.
Please Note:
Although we expect some riders booking
on this week to be of a low ability level
with regards to jumps and tricks, a good
level of general snowboarding is required
to attempt jumps and freestyle, as the
terrain is limited to the snowpark area.
We suggest that you can already ride at
speed comfortably and have good balance
and control on your board. If you can
already pop and ollie or do small jumps
on the piste you are of the right ability
to begin riding snowpark. If you are unsure
please contact us.
