Chamonix (S) No (w) Park?
We've heard it before and we're hearing it again,
but this time it really might be for real. Chamonix
is to have a snowpark for 2007!
The guys at ho5parks have been busy building the
obstacles over the summer and the park, to be located
in Grand Montets, will comprise beginners and amateur
level parks, with 9 kickers, hip, and 4 rails.
Chamonix's Grand Montets mountain has had a long
history of bad snowparks, but this season Nico Watier
and Xavier Marcou are behind it, so you can expect
it to be well constructed and great to ride. Of
course Step-On will be taking a trip to check out
the park as soon as it's open so watch out for our
review soon...
