How long have you been snowboarding?
7 or 8 years now.

...How has snowboarding changed over that time?
Everything is different now, people didn't care back then. I guess you can say it's more professional. That's good. It makes a hole lot of stuff easier for us, let's us focus more on snowboarding and not the other shit that usually comes along with the commercial world.

Who do you ride for, and why?

I ride for Burton, Korda, Dragon, Gravis, Nixon and Base boardshop. Why? Because their the kind of brands I want to be associated with, well respected companies that listen to what the riders say.

What do you think of the video "Plastic Soldiers"?

I haven't seen it, is it good??

Damn good. What's the best thing about being a pro snowboarder?
Travelling the world, meeting new people, making money while doing the thing you love more than anything.

Ok so what's the worst thing?
Taxes, receipts, hangovers, jet lag, injuries etc

What's the worst job you've ever had?
Paper boy, had to get up at 05.00 am every morning and do my route. I hated it!

Is snowboarding better than sex?
I don't know, bad sex, yeah then snowboarding's better...

What would be your perfect day?
Riding pow with Romain, Mads and Trevor.

What do you think of your country's performance in the World Cup?
They suck!!

What's your favourite resort in the world?

Up until recently Whistler, but now Saas Fe

What board are you riding this season, and what set-up?

Uninc 54. It's the shit. Set up? You know, every time I put a pair of bindings on my board my set up changes so I'd have to say I don't have a set up....

Last new trick you learnt?
Backside nines

What trick do you wish you could do?

More tricks with nose grabs.

Favourite Food?
Sushi.

What's your favourite type of music, or favourite band?
Hip-hop, 50 cent.

Do you play a musical intrument at all?
No.

Do you...
Skate? Surf? Ski? Rollerblade? Ice-skate?
I skate a little and I surf.

What's the best place you've visited in the world and why?

I was just in Hawaii with Romain for a month and that place was the shit. Up on the North Shore.

How do you think snowboarding will progress over the next decade?
I don't know really, I hope style will dominate, and everything will probably just get bigger.

Any advice to up-and-coming snowboarders?

You can do whatever you set your mind to. Just don't expect it to come easy.
Peace
